recipe ideas for the VITIKULT-kern...
cherry-cannelloni with special pumpkin kerns:
recepie from ORF (frisch gekocht)
preparation:
cut the de-stoned cherries into quaters, mix with basil-cress and wrap with thinly-rolled pastry.
put the cannelloni in the freezer to stiffen.
bring some cream to a boil and mix in some coarse-ground coffee beans and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
add the chocolate layer to the cream and allow to melt on a low head, add cherry schnapps to taste and sieve the mixture.
heat oil to 180 °C in a deep frying pan and fry the cannelloni for about 4 minutes.
divide the coffee sauce on four plates, slice the cannelloni in half and decorate with a few cherries, basil-cress, icing sugar and of course with
VITIKULT-kerns. serve at once.
