actually we don’t like recipes because it’s stressful. better to let your imagination play. so here you will only find ideas for combining fine products. if you don’t know that you have to boil spaghetti or slice mozzarella then better go back to the beginning or ask your mother...
tomato and mozzarella salad:

so season some tasty tomatoes and fine mozzarella all over with sea-salt and ground-pepper, and marinate in olive oil (this time, but note that true styrians also use pumpkin-seed oil) and some very old balsamic vinegar. to complete it, make some space in the middle for lettuce (preferably fresh ruccola) and garnish the whole thing with fresh basil leaves before sprinkling generously with kernels for CONNOISSEURS. let it marinate a while - it’s perfect!
